The Bridges of Seaforth/Stratford Shakespeare Festival Contest 2011
(the “Contest”) Official Contest Rules and Regulations (the “Contest Rules”)

How to enter:

  1. How to enter: You can enter the Contest two ways: 1) Deposit an entry form at the sales office of the Bridges of Seaforth (the “Contest Sponsor”) located at 42916 Front Road, Seaforth, Ontario or 2) Go online to www.bridgesofseaforth.ca and complete the online entry form. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

  2. Limit of one (1) ballot entry per day and only one (1) ballot entry will be accepted per person. Entries must be completed in full and received by no later than the close of business on October 31, 2011, 5:00pm (the “Contest Closing Date”).

  3. The Prize:  There will be one (1) prize awarded (the “Prize”). The Prize consists of one (1) Stratford Shakespeare Festival Gift Certificate in the amount of $2000.00 CND to be used toward the purchase of Stratford Shakespeare Festival theatre tickets or wherever the Shakespeare Festival Gift Certificate is accepted subject to the restrictions as outlined by the Stratford Shakespeare Festival.

  4. A random draw for the Prize will be conducted by an independent judging organization on November 8th, 2011 at 3:00pm in Seaforth, Ontario from all the valid entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time, and second, complete and sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and release of the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, and the independent judging organization, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability resulting from the awarding of the Prize and confirming acceptance of the Prize as awarded.  The Prize must be accepted as awarded.  The Prize can not be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash.

  5. The Contest is only open to residents of Ontario who are age 55 or older.  The Contest is not open to employees of the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and promotional agencies, and members of the respective families living in the same household. The chances of being selected depend on the total number of entries received. All decisions of the independent judging organization are final. The Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries.

  6. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants who will be notified by telephone or mail. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor.  Personal information collected from all individuals will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest.
